Players & seats
Choose a player for each seat. Duplicate players are highlighted in red. Clear their old seat, then save your changes. Use “Off tonight” when someone cancels.
Add a floater
Select a member above, or enter a new name below. Floaters have no table or seat until they join an opening.
Remove a player from tonight
Event code
Players use this code and select their name to check in and score at their assigned table. Trial hands are real scores.
2 · During the event
Tables automatically pause after round 2. When all tables are ready, use Advance to round 3 to resume together: East/South cross tables, West/North swap within a table, HKTW streaks reset.

Play Points / attendance awards
+1 attendance (automatic), +1 on time, +1 best potluck, +1 best dressed. The host earns no attendance or on-time PP.
Publish nightly LP
Once all hands are resolved, rank each league by your house rules (1st 4 LP … 4th 1 LP; “No result” for absent members). Ties need your decision.
Close event
Closing is immediate: pending hands expire, the event code and sessions stop working, and scores become read-only.
Backup & restore
Each night (after 3 am) the site saves a copy of all data if anything changed that day, and keeps the last 60 days on the server (the newest copy is always kept). Download one now and then to keep a copy off the server too. Restoring replaces everything on this server; the current data is saved first.
